Assistance with self-care and activities of daily living, assistance with the self-administration of medication and non-clinical continence management.

  Medication support

Social support and community engagement - Group social support, Individual social support, Accompanied activities, Cultural support, Digital education and support, Assistance to maintain and expenses associated with personal affairs.

We work together to enhance connections within the community by friendship, visiting, transport, relationships, community.

With one of our Support staff by your side, we can help you to participate in social and community activities including:

  • Going to park & coffee shop.
  • Outing to movies and shopping.
  • Attending appointments.
  • Going to gym.
  • Meeting your families and friends.
  • Joining religious or community events.
  • Therapeutic services for independent living – Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, Diversional therapist, Remedial masseuse, Art therapist and Osteopath.
  • Transport - Direct transport (driver and car provided)or Indirect transport (taxi or rideshare service vouchers).
  • Assistive technology and home modifications – Assistive technology and Home modification.
  • Respite Care.
